We had the garlic edamame to start. We both were craving noods and soup. We both ordered the ramen extra spicy. Very delicious. The bowl was large and filled with pork, fish cakes and a 7 min egg. Very tasty. We shared a dragon roll. That too was delish. Our waiter was very attentive. Restrooms were clean. Good sushi in Scottsdale is very hard to find. This place met our expectations. We are excited that we discovered that good sushi does exist in the desert. ”

Combined an eel and avocado roll with salmon skin extra crispy and it was fabulous. You're welcome! The squid was great but oh my goodness, the salmon belly sushi was fantastic! Melted in my mouth! Topped everything off with a house salad - dressing was amazing. My belly is quite the happy girl! Price point a tad high, but it was so worth it. I'd suggest checking out the happy hour too. I just missed it! ”

“ This was my second visit to Swan! The first time I just grabbed and order to take home. It was delicious! This visit I brought my husband with me for dinner. We dined outside which is lovely with the desert Mountain View's. The meal was delicious- our Server Mergetta I believe. She was very helpful with suggestions. We both enjoyed our meals and I was impressed with how generous they are with the sushi. Usually, you get tiny pieces- Theirs were almost too big!! I am sure we will be back! ”

We ordered drinks and followed up with edamame and pan fried gyoza. Then came the rolls. Dragon, Rainbow, and Crocodile. All were freshly prepared and delicious. The Rainbow roll was the highlight. Amazing presentation and flavors on all the rolls. Because it was a special occasion (Mothers Day) we had tiramisu for dessert. A small layer of frost in the middle, we pretended it was a cookie. “ I've dined here four times in the last month due to holding off-site work meetings, so I feel like I can be a pretty good judge of this place now. It's a great addition to this area as there aren't a ton of options. This space has had a few different restaurants over the years, but I really hope this is the one to stay! The interior is nice, and I like the look of the bar and the sushi bar, but the outside patio is extra lovely. Especially this time of year and having a mountain view. The lunch specials are great. The Maki combo is a choice of 3 rolls or go for a bento special and choose teriyaki chicken, salmon, or kalbi beef. I've loved every roll I've tried: snow crab, golden California, Vegas, Philly, and especially the Dynamite Roll with panko baked scallops! The only caveat is that myself and a friend ordered a bento to go, and the meat was dry on both. We accept the fault on that as I'm sure it's not meant to go. Also, I've only been during my own work hours, so I haven't been able to inbibe, but the sake list is long, and the cocktail list looks delicious. If you're not familiar with the area... you should be! I'm biased because I work up this way, but it's a beautiful area to connect with nature. Hike Pinnacle Peak and Browns Ranch, take the kids and dogs to Doc Cavalliere park, or just drive down to see the horse ranches. So go get fresh sushi and eat there with beautiful views! You won't be disappointed! ”

“ Came in for dinner on a lovely evening. We sat outside on the patio. It was a full house. Our drinks were great, our appetizers were tasty. Main dishes were good I liked the salmon teriyaki but my husband ordered the Ramen was just OK...the broth lacked flavor. Large indoor dining area, spacious outside dining and bar seating. Bar area had TV's. Dogs allowed on the patio. All and all we enjoyed our dining experience and we will definitely be back soon! Lots of parking all around. So glad to have this new spot in our neighborhood! ”
